Version: v1 · Last updated: November 6, 2026

1. Who We Are

HoomanKind AI is the trade name of Robert Hooman Photography LLC, a New York limited liability company ("HoomanKind," "we," "us"). We build and deploy SEALED, a sovereign knowledge retrieval and inference system for professional practices. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit hoomankind.xyz (the "Site"), contact us, or do business with us.

2. Scope

This policy covers information we collect through:

  • The Site and its contact, registration and inquiry forms
  • Our emails, calls and other communications with you
  • Our relationships with clients, prospective clients, partners and vendors

This policy does not cover client data inside SEALED. Documents, records and other content that a client loads into a SEALED deployment are governed by that client's service agreement and any data processing or business associate agreement. We handle that content only on the client's instructions. See our Data Security and Governance & Compliance pages for how those deployments work.

3. Information We Collect

Information you give us
  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number, organization, and role
  • The content of messages, inquiries, early access requests and discovery call requests
  • Business details we need to scope, contract and deliver a project
Information collected automatically
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring page, gathered through server and network logs
  • Preferences saved in your browser, such as display settings
  • Security and performance data generated by our hosting and network provider, Cloudflare, which may use cookies or similar technologies to protect the Site and keep it running

4. Please Do Not Send Sensitive Material

Our Site forms are not designed for confidential or regulated information. Do not submit protected health information, patient or client records, privileged legal communications, insurance claim files, or government identification numbers through the Site. If we need to exchange material of that kind, we will arrange a secure channel under a written agreement first.

5. How We Use Information

  • To answer inquiries and schedule discovery calls
  • To manage early access and demo requests
  • To run, secure, maintain and improve the Site
  • To prepare proposals, statements of work, contracts and invoices
  • To send service notices and, where the law allows, updates about our products (you can opt out of marketing at any time)
  • To meet legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect our clients, our systems and our rights

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only in these situations:

  • Service providers that host the Site, deliver email, or otherwise support our operations (including Cloudflare), bound by confidentiality and security commitments
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants and insurers
  • Legal requirements, such as a subpoena or court order, or to protect safety, rights and security
  • Business transactions, such as a merger, financing or sale of assets, with confidentiality protections in place

7. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including legal, tax, accounting and contractual requirements. After that we delete it or de-identify it.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards suited to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Details are on our Data Security page.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct or update it; delete it; receive a copy of it; object to or restrict certain uses; and opt out of marketing communications. To make a request, use our contact page. We will verify your identity and respond within the time the applicable law requires. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

10. International Transfers

We are based in the United States and work with clients in other countries. Information you send us may be processed in the United States or elsewhere. Where the law requires, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers. SEALED client deployments are hosted in the client's own jurisdiction, as described on our Data Security page.

11. Children

The Site and our services are for businesses and professionals. They are not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
